I purchased these replacement bands with the Oster nail grooming tool. My only complaint is that the directions are unclear and very limited. A call to the customer service number provided in the literature resulted in the following comment from them: "Ma'am, we are not dog groomers. You would have to ask a professional dog groomer how to use this tool."After much trial and error, I have it figured out now. My formerly skittish dogs sit perfectly still as the tool hums and whirls and shortens and shapes their nails. Note the photo is a bit misleading as this is not the grinder unit, but actually new grinding/sanding belts. They replace the original belts perfectly. Love this product! With five dogs and three that will not sit still for the nail clipper , this grinder was the best purchase I have made for my dogs. After brushing and bath time, the nails are done using the grinder, no more problems and safe! Just give your dog the time to get use to the noise , I have one large shy dog that hates anything new and she was the first one to allow me to work on her nails. Cheaper than bringing the dogs to the groomer or vet's and less stressfull. I save 55 dollars a month on this tool. |
